This is a story of how Harmony Eccles processed grief and loss which had accumulated over a number of years. After pushing emotions underground in order to carry on with the demands of life, it was time for her to journey through grief. Painting became her tool of creative lament. On the canvas she found self compassion and a spark of light return to her soul.
I hope that you will find healing in these pages. Give yourself permission to pursue lament as a means toward wholeness, joy and gratitude. And allow your own creativity to take on new shape and purpose.
